Crompton Hospital- New Germany Pine Town

My name is MV Ngidi. I've been attending Crompton Hospital since the 24th November when I had my injury on IOD. Yesterday 2021/12/14 I had a knees procedure done, I write this to you disappointed at the service I've been receiving from your Hospital, the time I spent before seeing the Dr was sometimes more then two hours which I believe is utterly and completely unacceptable for a Private Hospital but the Cherry on top is when I got discharged after having a knee procedure & learned that I had no crutches ordered for me, my procedure was done just two hour before I left and I was expected to walk on that same knee, out all my weight on it coming from the second floor & climb up the flights of stairs at home, 32steps to be exact yet I had been told by my Dr to take it easy. I've had a similar operation done at St. Augustine's & never have I had to endure such treatment. I'm completely disappointed and deeply hurt by this treatment. I mean the least the Hospital stuff could have done was CALL THE DR and request for me to have crutches, no one to even transport me with a wheelchair from the ward, imagine having to be limping from the ward to the vehicle with fresh stitches .. . .. This will be shared with Media and all Social platforms I've got access to because I'm so upset & feel like when everything that had big claims was done the Hospital just failed me, now that the expensive procedures are done I was just let to leave without even a small plastic bag to carry medication. Totally inhuman & unacceptable behaviour from a "Private Hospital" we expect the service delivery to match the bills claimed !!! NetCare would have NEVER done this😭😭
