Crompton Hospital

Today my partner and I had the worst experience ever at the Crompton Hospital. She's 30 weeks pregnant and had a high risk emergency. We sat for almost 2 hours outside in the cold waiting for them to obtain authorization from the medical aid,then the nurse comes and tells us we have a 12 months waiting period. My partner has been admitted to the same hospital three times already for an emergency in relation to her pregnancy, we call the medical aid and we were given the authorization number in less than 5 minutes and did not even have to fight for it.

This clearly showed someone is not doing their job, very disappointing and with such service from them we are at risk of losing our babies and i wonder if they will be accountable for that. I wouldn't recommend or advice anyone to go there in an emergency,especially a high risk pregnancy.
