Covid-19 tests and cleaning

Roseacres hospital is the most horrible hospital, I've been admitted to hospital 24th June and been sharing a room with two ladies all pending our Covid-19 results. Mine came back negative on the 27th June (that I've insisted to be discharged) not once did they came to clean the room or toilet. I've been notified to now self isolate myself for 14days...because I've been sharing a room with both ladies tested positive. Why keep us all in one room
