Cosmos Life witbank is the Darkest financial money worm there is. I have been going there for 15years and paid every bill they threw my may even when they were late by 2 ****ing years.

Tonight my son needs medical attention for an eear ache, medical aid is exhausted, so i phone hoping to make some kind of arrangement.... I basically get told to pay a R1900 or ****off.

This useless healtcare provider is not a healthcare provider as they have zero feelings when it comes to people,kids or problems, Regardless of a 100% payment record. They are useless, mean, hearltess and should rather be registered as a loanshark than a hospital.

I will rather drive to pretoria from now on to a hospital there than deal with this useles money hungry worm!

THE SMILES AT THE RECEPTION IS FPR THE MONEY COMMING IN, IT HAS ZERO TO DO WITH CARE AND KINDESS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
