Concern Regarding Night Nursing staff- Ward F

I am writing to raise a concern about the care I received from the night nursing staff in Ward F during my recent stay at Flora Clinic following surgery.

I was in significant pain and had limited mobility, yet when I requested help with basic needs such as bathing and using the bathroom, I was told things like “No, you can do it yourself.” I felt dismissed, belittled, and treated as a burden, which was incredibly distressing during an already vulnerable time.

I expected professional and compassionate care, but this experience left me feeling neglected. I ask that this matter be looked into and that steps are taken to ensure other patients are treated with the respect and care they deserve.
