The staff of Life Westville Hospital who attended to me this morning, really made a positive impression. I had received an e-mail promising a refund ( which I thought was a ****!) and the admin staff of the hospital were most friendly and professional and quickly processed the refund. Thank you Ms Princess Mfene and the other admin staff -- you were a breath of fresh air this morning.
