Complete Incompetence at Life Fourways

If I could give Life Fourways a Zero rating I would in a heart beat. I have been trying to get their assistance for nearly a year now just to get a letter from the doctor who treated me whilst I was admitted so my medical aid would cover the payment (Note The only reason it was not covered was nobody in the hospital extended my authorisation whilst I was in the high care unit). They never answer their phone lines, they make sure not to respond to any emails and they would rather have be bankrupt or black listed than assist in one tiny way. I have never encountered such *********** services in my life. They have given me nothing but stress and left a bitter disgusting take in my mouth for all life hospital. I would never recommend them to anyone.
