Robison Private Hospital in Randfontein sent me and email months ago about funds which were not paid by the medical aid so I started to pay but after two payments I received an email that I have to be refunded as the Medical Aid has paid the account. I completed refund form via emails and supporting documents however I was then told I am not the account holder and the refund is not yet being done even though I submitted all the required documents including POP to show that I was the one paying,I am now requested that I bring consent letter,how do I bring it when I gave POP under my name as proof that I was the one paying the account Ref 342115

I'm so disappointed on how the hospital is handling the situation,they shouldn't have told me about the refund if they knew they won't pay
