Complaint.. they dont get back to you.

I had a complaint, which I placed on HelloP. Life said like all these messages someone will reach out to me, its been 2 months... they are still reaching out. Why do you keep disappointing us, Life?? I mean 2 months since my HeloP complaint, hospital nursing admin, and on Linkedin. NO-ONE has reached out. No phone call, no reply on 5 emails, the only thing that got a reply was Linkedin, saying I should email someone else on this matter. Like HR. Not my HR but the hospitals HR. is this how complaints work. Reach out to be told to go to HR not the hospital management team. Get your act together Life. Really. Eugene Marais is so unpopular these days people rather go to the smaller Netcare close by, or drive ANYWHERE else but there. The trauma unit is a joke. P1 ... I dont think so. And the management team is a bunch of old tannies gossiping and complaining. at least Mrs P had was transparent you knew what she was thinking. Not like your 'acting' UM that is sending shivers down everyone's spines.
