Complaint
I had a procedure done on my spine last week at Wilgeheuwel Hospital. What an awful experience, it was shocking, they were not rude, not sure whether the staff did not care, were uninterested or untrained. I had to google how to take care of myself after the procedure. Before I went into theatre, i wanted to use the bathroom, well I decided against it, as it was full of blood, and soiled hospital gown. Too much to mention, but I know for sure that Wilgeheuwel Life will never see me again!

This was not a reply, it is just an "eye blind", so that it looks as though they are on top of things. They did not contact me, and I am sure they never will, and to tell me to contact them should they not, is ridiculous. I also received an sms with a link asking me to give them feedback, well needless to say, the link won't open!
