Complaint

Dear madam/sir My name is Neo Liau from Soweto Phiri location it's so sad that we came to a heart breaking situation like theres a friend of mine went to the hospital very sick he couldn't see and he had a terrible headache,my worry is I went to check up on him,I was sent from Pilar to post.i went to the ward that he was admitted they said they don't know where he is, I got there te following day was dfrnt story they said he stole a patient phone and he got out of the window and ran away,no trace off him bla bla bla, what's shocking is the security guards from Baragwanqanath come to notify the family abt his dissaperence......
