co-payment's

Good Day I had to be admitted into hospital by the Ear Nose Throat Dr that Practices by Bedford Gardens..I have a problem that can in time cause Ear Loss and suffering from dizziness due to the problem...I've got a Scew Bone in my Nose area and needs to be fixed..when I was supposed to be Admitted the Hospital said I have to make a Co-Payment of R5600 when asked why they said it because it's COSMETIC...I would like to know how is it cosmetic if it can cause the LOSS of my HEARING. it's getting worse by the day..My Medical Aid is Discovery...I'm not sure and apparently Discovery does not pay for it as well...we Pay so much and due to all this I'm in pain and dizzy 24/7...I am quite DISAPPOINTED THAT A HOSPITAL and MEDICAL AID can refuse to help especially if it can cause HEARING LOSS AND DIZZINESS 24/7..EXTREMELY UPSET...
