Charged 3 times for the same visit

I went into Life Wilgeheuwel Hopsital on 31 October 2017. I was seen by a GP who couldn't find anything wrong with me and I had to insist on getting blood tests because I have been on antibiotics the previous week and wasn't getting better.

For this visit, the hospital claimed R 495.40 from my medical aid and I paid in R130 in cash while in hospital. The blood samples were taken and the hospital claimed another R 699.30 for this. The following day, the doctor had promised to call with my results and I phoned more than 3 times and nobody got back to me. Finally I was told that I cannot get my results over the phone, so I went back to the hospital. I didn't want to sign the forms because I explained to the receptionist that I will not be paying to come get results. And they **** and said I have to sign for being discharged. Now the hospital has claimed an additional R346 for this visit for me to get my results for the same case that I was charged for the day before? I am seriously appalled. I hate all Life Hospitals and wouldn't go there even if it was a life threatening emergency.
