Casualty payment not refunded after admission

On the 27th May my son was taken to Casualties at Cromptom Hospital, where he was treated by the doctor, he was admitted to hospital on the night and a medical aid file was opened as he's on Discovery Hospital plan.<br> <br> Despite this I had to pay R1350 for casualties which the staff members at the time confirmed would be refunded to me. Their Accounts department refuses to refund this regardless of the fact that my son was admitted to hospital at the time.<br> <br> Theft.<br>
