Casternhof hopsital bad customer service

Harold Makena from Casternhof hospital just threatened me with legal action over a hospital account that I am not aware off. I really did not appreciate that after the hospital messed up my account since May. Thank you Philile for helping me try resolve the account after 4 months of back and forths.
