Careless Life Wilgeheuwel Hospital

I visited the hospital on the 29th of June due to a knee injury &the Dr referred me to see a specialist. My medical aid requires a specific section to completed at the hospital and they emailed us both the same form,i completed my section and has been following up with the hospital to no avail to please complete their section. Im not getting feedback nor directed to the correct person and im in great deal of pain. I also sent the trails of emails to the hospital manager still begging for assistance, i didn't receive feedback. Its very disappointing that they only offer eye service.
