Bullying at work

At Life Hilton Private Hospital in Medical Ward there is Sister Nathleen Rajah who bullies the staff, she will call them names and use valgar language in the name of "Joke" and if you stand up for yourself try to tell her what she's doing is wrong or if she doesn't like you especially in her team, because she always have that one target in the ward and it always (black people) , she will make sure she finds every mistake on your work and tell the Night Control and Unit Manager Amanda Retief and they will end up in HR with that matter until your get fired, it been years she's doing this because even in ward she had same problem and was moved to Medical ward, I guess Medical Ward is tolerating her and the thing is staff is scared of her and if they always talk about her behavior they whisper
