Booking an Appointnment with a Neurologist - Bedfordview Life Hospital

<p>At 13:32 on the 09.03.2017 , I called Dr V Parmanand Offices who is a Neurologist. The call was answered by a very rude and unproffesional woman who was not interested in my call at all. I asked for an appointment and she advised of the date, then she asked for my number which i furnished to her. The lady then advised she needs to transfer me i then asked why. She then told me that she is speaking to someone else i then asked how are you speaking to someone else but i am on the phone. Then she dropped the phone in my ear. I called again to ask for her name she said to me why do i want her name? what am i going to do with her name. Overall the appointment hasn't been booked due to unprofessionalism and her rudly behaviour towards me as a patient of the hospital.</p>
