Blake Collections Dept & Life Glynnwood - unprofessional ethics

I received communication in 2019 that my Discovery Medical Aid had decided to not pay the ER account at Life Glynnwood Hospital. I asked for a copy of the account to be sent to me which was not done. Blake Collections Department decided that they now want the monies.

Asking them for bank details and to make an arrangement whilst hospitalized for Covid fell on deaf ears.

Instead they opted to send the account to the wrong email address and then send me threatening messages after 5pm intimating that I had reneged on payments arranged with them and they would hand me over if I didn't pay them now.

I had verbally made an arrangement to pay a certain amount at the end of the month, I could not as I had no bank details and was still until recently admitted to hospital.

If this is their work ethic it is unprofessional, appalling and disgusting
