Beware
I was admitted into Life Bedford hospital in January. I received excellent care from all involved and survived after 9 Days is ICU. But after 8 months I received an account from them for R17693 for Actemra and Covifor that my medical aid would not cover. Is it not the hospitals responsibility to get authorization from the medical aid? I tried phone the case workers at the hospital but they are never available. Being so sick I could get authorization also nurses came and went with medication I was on about 10 drips plus oxygen. Didn't know what i was given when.

26 Jan 2022, 13:25To date no one from hospital contacted me. I left so many messages for Michelle and Angie at Bedford Life but no one phones you back. I also send emails to Michelle no response. Now they are threatening me to say I am going to be black listed ect. How can a person sort a problem out if no one gets back to you?
