Being charged for OVERSTAY

Re my account that I do not receive any feedback from Life Rosepark Hospital in why I was charged for OVERSTAY after the Dr did not discharge me after my operation They where advised that there was a possibility that I would stay overnight but still they charged me for OVERSTAY What normal person will OVERSTAY at a hospital if not instructed by a Dr that you can only be discharged the next morning??
