Bedford Gardens Emergency Unit

Don't speak to Oriel in accounts, very very rude and when you have a query he gives you an answer of :"so do you want to tell the Doctor what was wrong and how to do his job - maybe you should, sounds like you know better" - very unprofessional and arrogant should not be working with people at all. Spoke to him again today & asked to speak to his manager because he wasn't understanding what I was trying to tell him his reply was: "phone back tomorrow between 8:00 and 14:00 and speak to Dr Gordon himself" Check the accounts you receive as well the staff make a private notes on phone calls.

This is such a disappointment as the emergency room nurses, staff and Doctors are AMAZING!!
