Bed service in Brenthurst life healthcare

On the 27th June 2023 I visited Brenthurst Clinic because they supposed to admit my child who is suffering from juvenile Osteoarthritis. We stayed in the reception from 12:46 to 17:48 and the only thing they told us is that we must wait for someone to be discharged before she can get a bed. The place was cold and nobody cares about the patient. Minding the fact that the child is suffering from osteoarthritis she was feeling cold more than anyone. Someone can die in their hospital while waiting for an open bed.
