Bad treatment

Life Healthcare driver(Lawrence) bumped my car with a company car and we called the cops ,he promised to report the issues to the company but he did not, He agreed that he was wrong and the company will fix the car, but on the following day he called me and said "I'm not gonna fix your car lets meet in court " when I call the company they don't take my calls.
