Bad treatment
I just had the worst treatment from one of the staff members in the xray unit, this girl made us wait 2hours for the xray results. When we enquired we were told that the results were sent to the doctor's rooms, she couldn't be bothered by her actions or even offer an apology. She has a terrible attitude should not be dealing with patients, she gives her department a terrible reputation. It's disappointing to see tnst we still have people who racially profile others even in health institutions.

02 Oct 2024, 08:38It was Flora clinic; I was there with my daughter from 15:00, we only found out that the results were sent electronically to the doctor's room at 16:40 this is after enquiring why they were taking so long because we still needed to go see the doctor for her checkup. This girl did not want to take accountability, instead she said to us "why didn't you ask for the results from reception", she was so uninterested in our case. I asked her, why is it that the other patients were brought their results without asking for them and she could not answer me- I will note that her treatment of patients of my color seems to be an issue for her. What she did was unacceptable, I hope that she never gets away with treating patients in that manner especially because of their color. I am disgusted that my child had to witness that.
