Bad treatment castenhof clinic

Good day I am frustrated by castenhof clinic I went there in November 2019 I hurt my ankle a I had a very bad experience . It was full the doctor that saw me did not have time to give proper direction .they put me in a walking booth and they gave me referral letter to C the specialist only to find out that I was not suppose to walk with that leg cause I had a fabula in my ankle it is Brocken even though it was not disallocated. It took me almost the a week and days to get to see the specialist the doctor did not send any communication with the medical aid and I have to do it my self and go back to them to do those things mind you my leg got brocken and I was not aware that time cause no one really talked me . I have been into the booth now since 20 November my leg is not fine . Went back to the go they send me to see another dr he refused to help me mind you I am in pain the other doctor only available on Thursday and I might not be able to see him due to the process that the medical has to go through to give me authorisation was so disappointed that even the doctor now are gambling with our life everything that is important now is the money the patient health comes later I am so disappointed with their poor service and I am still not fine not even able to go to work cause I am scared might damage my ankle even more
