Bad treatment

On the 26th Of September 2020 I was involved in a car accident and I went to Rosepark in Bloemfontein for medical assistance and I was helped very nicely by the nurse and the doctor on duty, I had a bruise on my left eye and sever pains on my chest and abdomen due to the impact of the airbag. The doctor sent me for scans and exray and they could not find any bone that was fractured or broken, they also did the urine test as my urine had blood. They kept me until the morning and gave me prescription for my injuries and told me that it the pain will go away after couple of days which did happen.

On the 5th of October 2020 the pains started very severly then I went to the emergency unit of Rose Park Hospital to get help, I was received by a male nurse who seemed to be on training then few minutes late a female Dr came speaking to me in Afrikaan “wat is fout?” then I explained to her that I was at Rosepark few days ago after a car accident so the pains have sarted again on my chest, she started asking COVID-19 screening questions which I answered and still informed her that it had nothing to to with COVID but my accident injuries. She used the Stethoscope on my chest then left without saying anything to me. The mail nurse came with a drip and put it on me with drip written Paracetamol & codine thereafter came a ladies wearing full PPE from lancet Laboratories to take swab for COVID-19 test, which altemately came negative.

I was then sent for erays then when I came back to casualty the mail nurse gave a prescription of ACC 200 TABETS,ZINPLEX 50MG, ECOTRIN 81MG, THIAMINE HCL 1OO TABS, ALPHA P C 500GM TABS AND D-VIT 20 TABS, then told me to leave, I then notice that even on my medical certificate, illness was written FLU. I was desparate to get well but after I took those pills I became worse and nauseous.

I’m still in serve pain on my chest bones and muscles, I decided to go get myself pills for pain and inflammation. Should anything happen to me my Family will hold Rose Park and DR Strampe (MP *** PR ***) accountable… All this was caused by the fact that she was very rude to me, speaking in Afrikaans and not listening to me or checking my file to know what I went there for previously
