Bad treat by the nurses

I would like to bring the following complaint to your attention as a matter of urgency.Today on the 04 August 2019 at bout 11:30 I was at the hospitn for more than 45 min with no help. Suddenly came this other guy came and he went straight to the nurses.... the other nurse that was on duty past by the waiting I stoped her and ask her what us the procedure at the hospital cause the guy who went in found me sitting there and already his getting help. That nurse said it's not her problem that I was sitting there without help what do I expect her to do and that she doesn't care... I just kept quiet and waited for them to get done with the patient. When it was my turn I noticed furious faces on me and they we side towards me... she was also screaming at me to go fetch the file I told her I which room do I have to fetch file they were both so high and I couldn't understand why do I have to be treated this way. I left to fetch file and that s when I feel that I have been intimidated

When I went to the file doc office I told the lady who helping that I need to see matron and I'm not getting help from them. And she said the supervisor that is suppose to help me with the my complain its the same nurse im complaining about. I told her that wont happen I told her that she has to wait until I get hold of their spurious tomorrow. I am really disappointed with the nurses who were on duty this morning that's not how patients should be treated...
