Bad serviks, unsureness worrying about my health

The renovations go on till after 10 at nights, rooms are dirty i must stay dirty of fillthy place i have a foot wound that i have to look after, we ask a lot of questions because of unsureness no answers as though u feel they maybe answer u wrong. I just want answers and they run in circles around u who made this foot really so bad now
