BAD SERVICE/ *******/DISRESPECFUL

i went to the hospital (Carstenhof Hospital) on the 18th of august 2018 because i was short of breath and almost died (severe lung infection) the Dr that DID NOT WANT TO ASSIST ME said there was nothing wrong with my lungs and they can only admit me if i did some more test which i was not comfortable in doing at that time....i went to another hospital and i was immediately admitted and was told i did a good thing by coming because i almost died.....

few months later i received a message saying i owe the hospital because i was not admitted and my medical aid can only cover the amount if i was admitted....the Dr/hospital refused to admit me and chased me away and i also had a refund which they do not want to pay because i was admitted in March/April...they want me to transfer that amount to the "bill i supposingly owe"
