Bad service / no sense of urgency for patients at casualty

Now it's 2 hours waiting for the Dr to see me at casualty. It's 00:12, I still have to drive home by myself. I ask for blanket since the hospital air con is too cold, I'm still waiting for it to be brought to me if I'm lucky.
