Bad service in refunding patients

On the 28th of March went to Life Mercantile for chest pains. Was told that I had to pay R1550-00 in cash as they did not accept my medical aid to which I obliged. As they only had one doctor on duty, I opted to visit my GP the next day and was told to contact their accounts section for refund of cash even though I wasn't even there for 30 minutes. Since then I've been given the run around regarding my refund as they claim that the funds for the hospital and doctors are separate. Every single day they have different stories and today the latest was that they do not have someone appointed as yet to refund patients for the doctor side of the fees which is an absolute disgrace. The accounts ladies lie to the patients when they call to enquire regarding refunds...different stories every day and some still has attitude problem. Wont go there very soon again.....absolutely disgusted
