Bad service Dr Malik at Brenthurst Life Hospital (

I need urgent assistance; my aunt has been in ICU for the past two weeks without any proper medication being provided, my family is being told to follow up with the medical aid for medication authorization which is somethings that doctor should be doing, it's been two week without proper medication. Life Brenthurst Hospital Dr Malik is unbothered and dragging his feet in providing the treatment required. We've requested for my aunt to be transferred to Donald Gorden Hospital for a better treatment, since Dr Malik doesn't have capacity, however he's dragging is feed with preparing file for the transfer. Should my aunt lose her life it's all in the hands of Dr Malik, as his only agenda is collecting money without providing proper treatment
