Bad Service Delivery & They don't care about their patients

I recently had a Laparotomy surgery last year due to medical negligence caused by another doctor while I was giving birth at Life Springs Parkland Hospital.

It's been 7 months now post Surgery and I can't even go outside without thinking twice or even look at myself in the mirror. The hospital was on board in the beginning to ensure that the medical swap is removed and that I am well. However now that we need to move to the second stage of the treatment plan, I am being taken from pillar to post.

The surgeon who operated on me wrote a referral letter to a plastic surgeon. Now I'm getting alot of stories from the hospital manager.

All I want is to be normal again and my body fixed.
