Bad service

I would like to complain about a bad service am getting with Regards to the Life hospital fourways. I went in as private patient payed cash, to the anesthetic, The Dr and the hospital with an invoice I received from the Doctor.Now am told that I owe R5500.I went to The hospital and I was promised it was an error it will be sorted out. I keep getting a statement that I owe.
