Bad Service/Attitude

Good day i was admitted in hospital on the 03rd of February 2016.I choose this hospital because they were on my list of associated hospitals according to my medical aid.The hospital bill was settled in full by the medical aid but when i contacted the hospital i was informed that the medical aid short paid an amount of R3382.70.I queried this with the medical and found out that the hospital did not charge according to the agreed tariff agreed by the medical aid and hospital.I further paid a co-payment of R1100-00 to the hospital on admission which the staff member demanded before i could be admitteed.This co-paymentwas not due to the hospital but was supposed to be paid to the surgeon.Upon querying account with Anelle from the accounts department she was very rude and not willing to help at all. I sent all necessary correspondence from the medical aid to Anelle.I made telephonic contact with Anelle on the 03rd and 10th of March 2016 and to date have received no positive response.
