Bad Service at Westville Life Hospital

<p>I would like to complain about the bad service I recieved at Westville Hospital this past Sunday 09th May 2016. My wife and kid were involved in a terrible accident on the morning of 9th May 2016 and been a momentum client was referred to the Life Hospital in Westivlle. My kid did not stustain serious injuries, but my wife has serious injuries to the head, neck, hip, legs and had badly bruised ribs. Xrays were taken and within 2+ hrs was discharged based on the fact that there was no beds avilable at the time. Based on the seriousness of the injuries myself and family felt as if my wife needed to remain at the hospital and kept under observation, but this was brushed off and according to the Doctor was fine to go home. We were told to look out for some symptons and if these were evident we should bring her straight back to the emergency unit. When we reached home within 2 hrs she was vomiting and showing signs of loosing weekness and felt quite feint. I had to then rush her back to the hospital and she was admitted to the High Care unit over night. I find this unaccepatable as I feel that based on the state of the injuries she should have been kept over night under observation. Are they playing with peoples lifes, is this acceptable, what if my wife lost her life based on a stupid descision the hospital made?</p>
