Bad Service at St Marys private hospital - Mthatha

The staff at St Marys private hospital are ill-disciplined. I am a patient at this hospital, hospitalized on Wednesday. Last night from about 18:00 we couldn't rest as the nurses were making hell of a noise. Me and my ward mate called the reception and reported the matter then a while later we were visited by a nurse in charge, we complained about the matter. She said she was gonna speak to the staff and she left. We couldn't sleep as the noise didn't die. They are even now making an unbearable noise. Is there by any chance that I can be transferred to another hospital as I can not stand this? We are here for health reasons but now we're getting more frustrated which I believe will be another sickness on its own. Come to our rescue. These people are rude
