Bad service at Life Fourways!

I am not one to complain but I just have to share this particular experience. The service at Life Fourways is appalling. I am so disappointed! When I arrived at the Emergency Unit I waited, and eventually asked how long it would take to assist my sibling as they were really not well. The guy working there responded that “Unless she stops breathing then that’s when it’s her turn.”. Fine, I wait and follow all the necessary procedures (We waited for over an hour at the emergency unit) btw. When it was our turn the staff members argued among themselves as to which patient they should assist first. As a “reputable” healthcare facility/institution and a private hospital. I honestly expected better. This was just not it.
