Bad service at its best

On the 25th April 2018 I took my son to casterhof hospital for an eye operation,I was told the operation with happen at 14h00 and has to also received a confirmation from the DR's room in the morning regarding the time. My son was taken to theater at 16h15 then I was told it is foingbto take 15 minutes. The Dr came back to the ward before my son was returned and had 30 minutes later the sister came to fetch my son, in theater also there was no porter to take my son back to the ward we waited for long with sister of I had to be the porter. We then went to the ward and again he was not attended to. I had to complain so that he can be given food, food was given after my complaint. We again waited for my son to be removed a drip of which again I had to complain,we literally left the hospital at 20h00 and was not happy with service at all
