Bad service and then lying to medical aid

I begged her to do more research and to phone my neurosurgeon who said that sitting up for the next 5 - 6 weeks should be limited and she decided to ignore my requests and ordered me to sit in a dining hall after physio and her session (where I already had one clonic shock in front of her) forcing me to the dining chair where I got another spinal clonic shock, on my way to my room I collapsed and the nurse was luckily at my side to help me in bed. <br> Marinda never came to see me the next day but I reported this to her boss. Because of this collapse and multiple shocks after the collapse she caused me a day of no progress and 2 days of work with my physio that had to be redone.<br> I went to Marinda and told her what I thought about her service and I think this is the reason she wrote a report to my mecical stating that I requested no asssistive devices. We didn't even have this discussion, I had it with her boss. I think this was a way to get back at me for speaking my mind about her unprofessional service and non existant listening skills. She did ask if I fell all the way to the ground though...?!?<br> Every session that I had under her care, I had clonic spinal shock. This is not right!
