bad service and theft

Last year got sick at work and I was taken to glynnwood hospital.it was at night.I was very dizzy.I was asked to pay 250 rands for and I payed.the admin did not capture my payment and 2 days ago I went there I was sick and I was told that I owe.how can they be so cruel when one is sick and they take advantage.they captured my home adress and cell numbers wrong because they knew that I would be called and I would have sorted this earlier.the admin and Triag staff are not to be trusted period!!!
