Bad service always at the reception

Waiting is still very bad at Crompton lady responded just go back to your dr and get your authorisation , Michelle did not sound polite and on my side I was under severe stress because child was having a high temperatures , I have my fears when in Crompton but I have no other alternatives because my home is just around the corner , Perheps there must be someone who gives direction at the front when patients are coming in number 2 there must hire enough staff at the reception maybe even Michelle had enough on her table hence I could not get the attention that was required , but the rude part was to tell me to go back to the dr and get authorisation that was not so in human
