Bad service

had a meeting with Crompton hospital representative, who promised the TV would be installed by the end of the day. However, the issue remains unresolved. The finance representative visited to explain, but the problem persists. Given the stress of having two kids admitted, I had to make alternative arrangements for their care, and it's disappointing that the promise wasn't fulfilled.

I'm extremely disappointed with the food service I received ( issue was on Chef) on duty Sunday . However, I want to acknowledge that the staff who delivered the food were very kind and courteous. The issue lies with the quality of the food itself. I'd be happy to provide visual evidence, such as a photo of the omelette, to illustrate my concerns.
