Bad service

On the evening of 6th December i took my son to the ER of the hospital. As he needed stitches on his tongue. The doctor requested the nurse to gv him anaesthetic and he still took so long to come and when he did it had started wearing off and he had to painfully gv another dose of the anaesthesia. This happened about 3 times and still nothing was accomplisged. 4 hours later we leftvthe hospital and my son had received no stitches and only received scriot for pain meds. As we speak tho the tongue is healed it stil has a slit. Furthermore the hospital did not claim paymebt from the medical aid then and phoned me yesterday to ask for payment saying i was a private patient which was not the case. Now they have to claim from this year's benefits whereas they should have done it last year. I dont a appreciate it
