Bad service

I was admitted in life brenthurst clinic on 26 DEC 2018 until 05 2019, on 31/12/2018 I was serviced sandwich around 20h00, to my surprise there was a stone on my sandwich which I showed it to the nurse, and my filling was broken due to the stones, the next day I inform Michelle who was in charge in the kitchen on that day, she promised me she will inform her superior, after 2 days I saw that superior since he said he will come back to me, I report to their head office still no res everyone promise to come back to me until today, they're playing hide and seek, the treatment at the hospital was disgusting. It was hell including the horrible food that has stones inside.
