Bad service

To whom it may concern. I had to type this message over my complaint is to long. What I can say is that I will never ever take my children to Merchantile Hospital ever again. My son were there for almost 4 weeks. The service I got there I think government hospitals will give better service. They are under staff then all patients isn't taken care of. Several times my child weren't washed when I got there 7:30 to 8 in the morning. Most of the time I had to clean him myself when he go out. You don't get any thing to eat I had to buy or bring something from my house fr three weeks. My mom got stuck in the lift for almost 30min nobody came to apologise. I pay thousands of rands for that hosp. What I want to know what is the diff between Merchantile and St Georges. There the moms get a menu and a sleeper couch next to your childs bed. Most of the night there is only two or three people working. How do they knw when a hosp is quiet or busy. I think they must be a public hospital. I can complain forever for the past 4weeks I was there I got the baddest service ever. Mr Deysel also never came back to me over a complain I gave. I just glad my child is out of there.
