Bad Service

I was admitted at Brenthurst on 14 May 2015 between 07:30 and 08:00 am. Everything went well until I came out of theatre. None of the nurses checked if I was doing well or doing ok. I requested a nurse, because I was bleeding, they told me to wait for another nurse. Nobody came. The lady who served lunch left a bowl next to me, spaghetti bolognaise ( which was off ), I asked her why I was not asked in the morning what I wanted to eat, she said I was not there in the morning. I was discharged from hospital, I asked them if they needed anything like my signature etc, but they blatantly ignored me. I would not recommend any of my friends or family to go there. #EXTREMELY UPSET.
