Bad Seevice in 24hr emergency room

<p>today 11:30 I took my wife to Life Fourways Hospital as she was complaining of serious abdominal pains. Upon arrival we sought assistance from the 24 hour reception desk. We were the only people/pAtients at the time. The light young lady with plaited hair told us she was busy doing Admin work. Another lady walked and both of them continued to chat while they we're 'busy'. I asked her again if we were going to get assistance and she reiterated her point that she was busy. Only moments later a gentleman came and assisted us. For an emergency room in such a hospital, service is everything especially dealing with patients. The service we received today did not display any urgency or customer care.</p>
