Bad info, bad systems and bad service at wilgeheuwel hopital

<p>It took me 10 minutes of asking how this deposit system worked and eventually I got a vague idea .</p> <p>R900 for the hospital as a deposit just in case and if it was more I signed surety ?!?!?! I was told that we would be refunded, two weeks later we ask for the money back and we need to fill out some form! They were not going to bother giving the money back if they were not phoned.</p> <p> </p> <p>R900 for a doctor that gave eye medicine for her ear! The doctor didn’t even bother coming back and explaining what to do with the medicine.</p> <p> </p> <p>And now we have to fight for the other R100 back from the doctor.</p> <p> </p> <p>Two days later she had to go to another doctor, thank goodness he gave her ear medicine.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your emergency chemist wasn’t open either so we had to go to Olivedale anyway.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am appalled by the non service and systems that clearly have had no thought put into them.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
